How to install AVG Updates – Step by Step Guide
AVG is a fantastic free anti-virus product made available by Grisoft. If you haven’t already, click here to find out more about AVG and download it for free.
AVG usually updates itself whenever it detects an internet connection. But sometimes, the update facility fails to do its job and requires human intervention.
To update AVG, look in your tray icons at the bottom right corner of the screen. If the icon is grey or has an exclamation mark, AVG probably needs updating.
Right click the AVG icon, and press ‘Check for updates’. If it finds any updates – confirm that you want to update and the rest will be taken care of for you.
